PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed between 2-3 business days before being shipped. Then an additional 2-5 business days for you to receive the order after it’s been shipped. However, during holidays, please allow a longer processing times due to these busy periods.

DELIVERY

Please note, all deliveries are mailed through USPS or UPS with the requirement of a signed signature. Please make sure you or someone else will be either at home or work to accept and sign for the delivery. If no one is available at the time of the delivery, you will be left a note from the mail carrier person for you to call and schedule for a re-delivery or in person pickup.If a package is unclaimed or refused then sent back to us, it will only be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT.
