RETURN POLICY

 

Accessories

 

Accessories are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or refunded. This include items under the “Accessories” subcategories such as Earrings, Hair Accessories, Necklaces, Bracelets, Belts, Eyewear, and Hats. If returned back to us, a $20 fee will be charged to your card and the Item(s) will be shipped back to you.

 

Clothing & Bags

 

If you are not thrilled about your order, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All tags MUST be attached and not removed. The item(s) MUST be returned in the same condition as received; unwashed, unworn, unused, free of any stains, odors, or any distinct smells such as perfume or deodorant. Please make sure before trying on any white or light color clothing, your skin is free of makeup or tanning products.

 

In a rare case should you receive a damaged or defected item, You MUST notify customer support within 24 hours of you receiving the order, or you will NOT qualify for a refund. Failure to notify us before returning the item will be subject to a $20 fee, and the item will be shipped back to you.

 

E-Gift Cards

 

Our E-Gift Card is considered a digital item, and is non-refundable.

 

RETURN PROCEDURES

If a package is unclaimed or refused then sent back to us, it will only be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT RMA NUMBERS, WHICH WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU ONCE WE AUTHORIZE YOU TO MAKE A RETURN.

 

Before you can make a return, send us your request and a detailed explanation of you reason for wanting to make a return. Please include your order number and email address. Once we authorize your return, you will be given a RMA number, which should be written down and included inside the return package, along with your Order Number. Please make sure to include your order invoice along with your return. Returns made without any invoice or order number will NOT be refunded as we would not know who to refund.

 

If you have selected to use our Pre-Paid Return Label, a label will be sent to you. However, $8 will be deducted from your Refund.

 

If you have selected to use your own label, a return shipping address where you will be able to send back your return will be provided to you, just let us know you would like to use your own return label. If you do, we recommend you purchase a trackable option with insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
